I finally saved up to my myself a Bamboo tablet for my birthday!
I wish i could try it out right now but i'm too exhusted, the florida heat sucked up so much of my energy.
Hopefully if im not too tired cleaning the house ill try it out on photoshop and Sai


On the side note, I am so not prepared to go back to school monday
Oh well at least i have a day-off to have a lie in on my birthday

I thought i should get rid of that really old journal since New year's. I hardly write journals because im not good at writing on what to say, i end up talking jibberish

I hope everyone is good these past few months.I hope anyone from America had a good 4th of July. Right now im on a short summer break, I'll be back in school next week , i feel like the holiday just started for me. So far i've been lazying around doing sketches, and watch a few anime series. I just completed watching Gurren Lagann, Angel Beats and Shikabane Hime. I loved the first two mentioned but Shikabane Hime didnt have a good ending for me.
Now im cracking myself up watching Gintama, too freaking hilarious

These couple of months has been hectic with school. I am not getting used to using the 3Ds Max program now that i have it at home so its become less of a headache and i'm kinda starting to enjoy it as long as everything is going my way. I was well pleased with the results of my last quarter, achieving a 4.0, the last time i got that was last year summer. Next classes im taking are Texture I, Intro to 3D Animation, Cinematic Techniques II and Ancient World of Civilizations.

Since my birthday is coming up in a weeks time i decided i should treat myself this year to buying a Bamboo tablet so i could progress more in digital painting on photoshop. I'm thinking if i should also splash on buying Corel painter too.

I decided to go watch Toy Sory 3 before i start the next quarter. I was planning to see the last airbender but i heard its not as great as people hoped.

Now im off to draw random stuff, i think ill post random sketches dump i did in class time if anyone is interested

Sorry this is 5 days late but Happy New Year Everyone!
I hope everyone had a good christmas and New year celebration. It was my first time spending xmas and new years in the States, didnt do anything special it was pretty average. But i got a belated gift, my brother and I got a PS3 so im happy
I also got to watch anime during the break. I freaking love the Monster and Big WindUp anime right now

Now to 2010 resolutions…

Draw Everyday

Yeah I need to stop being a lazy sod and draw everyday for at least 15mins. I need to get my head into gear to get better

Be more Optimistic

I'm tired of felling depressed and complaining for the past two years just because of the credit crunch affecting my family and the little hardships i had been facing like not being able to work, being unable to spend time with friends because of the distance and family situation and taking the cockroach 2 hour long  bus travel to school!( Yes, the buses in Tampa have cockroaches in them *shivers*) I feel now i was being very silly and selfish and there are many people in the world who are in worst situations  and less privileged than i am. So im gonna shut up, be happy  and live my life as it is. This is only a temporary setback.

Learn to use 3DS MAX and Photoshop

I wanna start learning how to do digital art on Photoshop or even Corel Painter. I realized when i did the Improvement meme Vinnie14.deviantart.com/art/20… I have been heavily focused on traditional mediums, I only use Photoshop to make little tweaks. Even in my last portfolio review at the Art Institute, the teachers said i should try out the digital art as your good at the traditional work. The work i have seen from my favourite DA digital artists really makes me wanna try to master the program and use a tablet
And with the 3DS Max.... I only hate it cos i suck at it, so i hope to get better and will get to like it eventually


Make an Art Blog

Argh...I dread doing blogs but i think this would be a good thing to keep record of work in progress. And its good to have in my portfolio

I would of add Try to gain weight but i know it wont work cos of my metabolism
